ORDER RESCINDING TEMPORARY ORDER

THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the 19th day of I
December, 1978, on the Petition to Cancel the Temporary
Restraining Order dated September 1, 1978, by the Defendants
ANN BOBBINS and JOHN H. VETTERL. The Court having heard
the argument of counsel for all parties concerned and each
party having received notice of this hearing and the Court
being duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the temporary restraining order dated
Septerber-1, 1978 be rescinded and declared null and void
and having no legal effect from this day forward on the
parties named herein.
DONE AND ORDERED this ' day of December, 1978,
in open Court, Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
