VETTERL. The Court having heard the argument of counsel for all parties concerned and each party having received notice of this hearing and the Court being duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon +i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the temporary restraining order dated Septerber-1, 1978 be rescinded and declared null and void and having no legal effect from this day forward on the parties named herein.
