IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that LUTHER GBNB HARRIS
has willfully failed and refused to paq the child support as required bq the Final
Judgment of this Court entered on the 19th day of April, 1978, and is as of this
date, December 1, 1978, in arrears $309.50 including Court costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt bq hereafter paying $60.00 a week until
the arrearage is paid in full. Payments of $60.00 to be made when he has worked a
full week and for those weeks he does not work a full week he is to pap $15.00.
From this date, Respondent is to keep his check receipts to show the Court upon
request. He shall further keep a record of all income and expenses. If Respondent
fails to comply with the instructions of the Court and fails to make payments as
outlined above he shall be issued a Rule to Show Cause before this Court why he
should not be held in contempt and sentenced to sixtq (60) daps in the St. Lucie
Countq Jail. .
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this ~5 day
