IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that FREEMAN PINDER has
willfully failed and refused to paq the child support at required by the Final
Judgment entered on the 9th daq.of June, 1978, as is, as of this date December 1,
1978, in arrears $233.50 including Court Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the regular sup-
port payments of $50.00 each 1st and the 15th of every month. Payments to be
made in cash, cashier's check or moneq order and to include an additional $2.00 for
the statutorq Clerk's fee, to the Clerk of the Court. If Respondent FREEMAN PINDER
does not purge himself of this contempt as provided above, upon written affidavit
of Petitioner ALICB D. PINDER, he shall be required to appear before this Court
and show cause as to whq he should not be sentenced to a term in jail.

! JORISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further 'orders as may be proper. ~
