O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard before. this Court in Chambers i
on the 20th day of July, 1978 and the Court having heard the
testimony of the parties, the children of the parties in camera,
and argument of counsel for the respective parties, entered a
temporary Order dated July 21, 1978; that subsequent thereto the ~
parties hereto and their counsel of record reached an amicalate
settlement as to custody of the minor children, their support and ~
visitation rights, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
{ 1. The Wife, CLAUDIA ANN DEAN, is awarded the custody of

BRIAN G. DEAN and ERIC L. DEAN,. minor children of the parties with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM FRANK DEAN, and
additional specific visitation rights as hereinafter set ,out.
2. Custody of MICHELLE P. DEAN, minor child of the parties
hereto, is awarded to the Husband, WILLIAM FRANK DEAN, based on her ~
wish and desire to remain with her father, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to CLAUDIA ANN DEAN, and additional specific visi-
tation rights as hereinafter set out:
3. Commencing Tuesday, December-26, 1978, WILLIAM FRANK
DEAN shall pay to CLAUDIA ANN DEAN the sum of $75 each and every
month for the support and maintenance of each of the minor children,
