FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
From the evidence, the Court finds:
The Court has jurisdiction of the parties to and the
subject matter of this action.

The marriage of the parties ROY JAMES ROBERSON, JR.,
Husband and VICTORIA ROBERSON, Wife, is irretrievable broken, _
therefore, it is ADJUDGED:
~ 1. That the marriage of ROY JAMES ROBERSON, JR.,

~ Husband and VICTORIA ROBERSON, Wife, is dissolved and each spouse
is restored to the status of being single and unmarried.
2. The Wife shall have the care, custody and control
of the minor child, LORI ROBERSON, Age 3; and the husband is granted
reasonable and liberal visitation rights.
3. The Wife is awarded the-sum of $15.00 per week as
per child support, and the Husband is ordered to pay the same to
the Wife beginning on the 5th day of December 1978, and

on the same day of each week thereafter; the Husband shall make
said payment of cash, cashier's check or money order payable to
