to the Clerk of the Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in
and for Saint Lucie County= along with each payment, the Husband
shall pay a statutory fee of $2.00 and in addition to the $15.00

per week payment, the Husband shall with each such payment pay I
the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00) per week in order to pay the pre-

sent arrearage of child support. -
4. The Wife is awarded the marital home described
as:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 8, LINCOLN
PARK, No. 2, Plat Book 4, Page
77, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
and the Husband is to execute a warranty deed conveying to the -
Wife any interest that he has in said property. Should the Husband
fail to convey said property within ten days from the date of
this Order, this Order shall act as a conveyance of said property.
5. That the Husband and Wife shall each pay one-half -
(1/2) the Judgment referred to in paragraph 6 of the Wife's peti-
tion in the County Court, Case No. 76-1213 CC.
6. That each~party is to bear their own attorney's fees
and costs and that the Husband is to pay his attorney, Brad Culver-
~ house, Esquire, the amount of $200.00 for attorney fees and costs
within 60 days of the date of this judgment.
