YOU ARE HEREBY REQUIRED to show cause, if any you can,
before the Honorable Philip G. Nairse Judge of the
above entitled Court, on the 5th day of January 19 79 •
at 1:30 P.M. , in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida:(Roam 309) 3
1. Why the claimed property should not be taken from y
your possession and delivered to the Plaintiff.
2. Service of this Rule to Show Cause with the attached
j Complaint in Replevin shall be made upon the Defendant by
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County not later than December 30 , 1978
but not sooner than December 26, 1978
3. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall personally
serve the Defendant as provided by law, or in the event that
the Sheriff shall find such service not to be possible, the s
said Sheriff shall post this Rule to Show Cause together
with the Summons and attached Complaint on or in the claimed
property, or on the main entrance of the Defendant place of
residence. Said non-personal service, if necessitated and
if made as provided herein, shall be effective to afford
notice to the Defendant of the Show Cause Order, but for no
other purposes.
