- AMENDMENT TO FINAL JUDGMENT-

It has been brought to the attention of this Court that the
Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 1,
1978 did not make reference to the right of redemption of the
United States as provided in 28 USC X2410. Accordingly, the
aforementioned Final Judgment in Foreclosure is hereby amended,
nunc fro tunc, as follows:

"6. Plaintiff has a lien to secure payment of the above
itemized sums against the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
The East 250 feet of the North 75 feet of the
South 175 feet of Lot 174 of MARAVILLA GARDENS
UNIT #3 according to the plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 6 at Page 62 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The lien of Plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior to all
rights, claims, liens, interest, encumbrances and equities
of the Defendants and all persons, firms or-corporations ~
claiming by, through or under the Defendants or any of
_ them and the property will be sold free and clear of any
claims of the Defendants,- except for the right of redemption
of the United States within 120 days from the date of sale,
all as provided in 28 USC §2410." -
2. Paragraph 7 is amended to-read as follows:
"7. -The Clerk of this Court, after publication of
notice required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes,
is directed to sell the mortgaged property described
above in paragraph 6 to the-highest and best bidder for
cash, at public sale, at the east door of the St. Lucie
County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free, clear and
discharged of any and all claims, liens, encumbrances,
rights, equities and interests of the Defendants, except
for the right of redemption of the United States as hereto- -
• for stated, said sale to be held at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd
day of December,-1978, all as provided by Section 45.031 of
the Florida Statutes.
