3. Paragraph 10 is amended to read as follows:
"10. That upon the sale being had in accordance with
Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, and upon the Clerk
filing the certificate of sale, and upon the Clerk filing
the certificate of title as provided by Section 45.031 of -
the Florida Statutes., the sale-shall stand confirmed and
the Defendants and all persons claiming by, through and
under them shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any
equity or right of redemption in and to the above-described
property, except for the right of redemption of the United
States as heretofore stated, and the purchaser-at the
sale or the, purchasers, their heirs, representatives,
successors or assigns without delay shall be let into
possession of the premises so conveyed, subject to the
right of redemption of the United States as heretofore
stated.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers-at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida this day of December, 1978.
