SATISFACTION OF LIEN

NHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2182, Laws of
the 19th da of Au ust, 1976 filed a lien
Florida, 1965, on y g ,
against any property owned by ERNEST AND CECILE GOODRICH,
6306 Emerson Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida in the amount of
5306.22, said lien being recorded in OR Book ?56 at page 950 ~
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record,
NOW, TNSREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County

Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled

this 12th day of December, 1978 that said Board does hereby ~
acknowledge the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same

of record.
