of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gages") being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book

1976, recorded in O.R. Book .259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor")~to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
r~,,,n discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
