Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
GEORGE S. TREES, to me well known and known to me to be the individual
described in and who executed the foregoing Satisfaction of Mortgage
as sole General Partner of-the above named Four-Trees Associates,
Limited, a Limited Partnership under the laws of Florida, and he
acknowledged to me and before me that he executed the foregoing
Satisfaction of Mortgage in behalf of and in the name of said L~a~ted
Partnership as such sole General Partner, and that he was duly authorized
by said Limited Partnership-to execute said deed and that the said
instrument is the free act and deed of said Limited Partnership.
