BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
LAWRENCE G. SCHNEELOCR a/k/a L. SCHNEELOCR, who, being first duly
sworn, upon oath deposes and says:
1. That he has personal knowledge of all the facts stated
herein.
2. That he resides at 202 St. Lucie Avenue in Fort Pierce,
Florida.
3. That he and OLIVE SCHNEELOCK a/k/a OLIVE A. SCHNEELOCK,
were married on or about November 24, 1939 and that said marital
relationship was continuous and without interruption until the date
of the said OLIVE SCHNEELOCK, a/k/a OLIVE A. SCHNEELOCK's death
on or about October 13,-1976; and further affiant sayeth not.
