and the said Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the

the sum o/Ten Thousand, Eight Hundred and Ninety Six and 48/100 Dollars.
payable in 72 monthly instalments of $151.34 with interest at 10.72
per cent. /rom August 30 , 1978 signed by • Daniel S . Buxton, Jr. and
Lorraine bi. Buxton, his wife and shall pay all sums payable hereunder, and per-
form. comply with and abide by each and every the stipulations. agreements, conditions and cone-
nants of said promissory note and of this mortgage, and shall duly pay all taxes, and also insurance
premiums reasonably required, and all costa and expenses including a reasonable attorney's fee,
which said Mortgagee may incur in collecting money secured by this mortgage, and also iri
enforcing Phis mortgage by suit or otherwise, then this mortgage acid the estate hereby created
