This cause coming before the Court on the Sheriff's notice to appear
before Judge Phillip G. Nourse this date and the Court finds that the defenant
is current as to support payment as to the Order of August 24, 1978 and that
the defendant has a deposit with the Sheriff's office of St. Lucie County, suff -
icient to pay the sums due December 22, 1978 and the Court being fully advised
zaerein
IT IS HBRSBY ORDBRBD:
1. That the defendant continue to pay support payment Ordered August -
24, 1978 of $12.50 current .payment and $7.~0 toward arrearage and that the-penal-
ties for the failure thereof shall remain the same+

j 2. That the defendant is purging himself from Contempt of Court be-
cause of hie arrearage and~may continue to purge himself by payment of $17.50
into the.regietery of the Court on or before December 22, 1978 and thereafter con-
time the above said $20.00 aggregate support and arrearage together with required
Clerk's fee of $2.00 until further Order .of the Court.
3. That Sheriff Lannie Norwell shall pay to deputy Clerk Marion Treu
any monies by him held for appearance bond, $17.50 plus $2.00 Clerk's fee and•
any remaining funds shall be released to the order of the depositor.
4. That the Court retains juria dictioa of this cause.
