O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Petitioner's
Rule To Show Cause and Assistant State Attorney, ROGER G. ORR, acting
in behalf of Petitioner, and Respondent, JAMES E. MARTIN, having
stipulated to the terms hereinafter set forth, and the Court being
otherwise .fully advised in the premises, it is,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent is not held in contempt
of Court, however, he shall be required to pay to the Petitioner for
the benefit of JAMES DREW MARTIN, born August 15, 1964, minor child,
the sum of $25.00 per week as regular and continuing child support,
plus the sum of $50.00 per month, payable on or before the last day
of each and every month, to be applied to child support arrears in

E the amount of $500.00 as of December 15, 1978, plus an additional $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support pay-
~ ments. These payments shall begin on the 22nd day of December, 1978,
as to weekly child support payments, and *_hereafter on Friday of each
and every week; said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's
check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Clerk of Courts,
