This cause coming before the Court on the defendant's Motion to
Continue and upon the representation of the defendant and agreement of _
counsel and upon consideration of the financial ability of the defendant
and the Court being fully advised, therein, thereupon,
- It is hereby ORDERED: _
1.. That the abovestyled cause be and the same is hereby continued.
2. That pending the outcome of proceedings on child custody, the
defendant shall•pay on Monday of each week after date, the sum of X25.00 for
support of the minor children until further Order of the Court. Ea:h payment
~ shall be made to the Clerk of this Court, P. 0. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida
_ 33450, and the said Clerk shall transmit-the said payment to Child Support
Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 3230 1
for transmittal to the State of New Jersey as long as the case is certified
as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Department #
of Health and Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer •a Title IV-D
case, he will then forward all support to: Union County Probation Office,

32 Wsst Scott Place, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07201. In addition, there is
. hereby assessed the sum of X2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
patyment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are Ordered to keep the Clerk advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is
in effect.
.DONE and ORDERED in ChardSers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this the day of April, A.D.. 1978.
