. O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the 18th~day of December,
1978, upon Petitioner's Petition For Support, and the Respondent having
been present in Court and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is, _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner
far the benefit of BARBARA G. CARTER, born 4/11/65; and VIANN J.
CARTER, born 8/10/72; minor children, the sum of $50.00 per week, plus
an additional _$2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and dis-
bursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the 22nd
day of December, 1978, and thereafter on Friday of each and every week;
that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by
postal money order to the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall
transmit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section,
1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for transmittal
to the State of Wisconsin as long as the case is certified as a Title

Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case,
he will then forward all support to: Clerk of Courts, Price County
Courthouse, Phillips, Wisconsin 54555.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent shall have
the right to telephone BARBARA G. CARTER and VIANN J. CARTER, minor
children, on the first Sunday evening of each month and shall be allowed
to converse with the minor children for a period of time not to exceed
