thirty (30) minutes duration. Respondent is instructed to place said
monthly telephone call as near the hour of 7s30 P. M. as conditions
permit and it shall be the responsibility of Petitioner to have the
children available to receive said telephone call. Failure of
Petitioner to permit telephone visitation with the minor children as
outlined herein, upon Respondent's compliance with the terms of this
Order, may result in child support payments being terminated.
THIS COURT shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for
the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders
as maybe deemed .equitable.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this day of December, 1978.
