ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 18th day of
December ,19 78 on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and

Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that - JOE BANKS had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order. duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
JOE BANKS is hereby sentenced to serve thirt ays (30 )
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the first
day of July ,19.79 or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 525.00 (arrears)
due as of the 19 day of December ,19 78 to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of~this County, together with costs of his arrest. You and
your duly authorized deputies are therefore,
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody
the said JOE BANKS on the said date and deliver him to the
Sheriff of Si. Lu.:ie County, Florida, for the execution of the above de-
scribed judgment and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this

Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
