ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay fo the Petitioner for. the benefit of
ESTELIA DIAE BANKS, 4/2/60; RD6E MARY BANKS, 5/5/61; ZF.NIOBIA BANKS, 5/25/62;
JOE BAI~RGS, JR. , 4/14/63; JERRY IARIIVZO BAND, 9/27/64; RICKY EARL BANKS, 10/5/65;
SI~RRI LAItU4~A Br1NIVS, 10/6/66; CIDRIC LAVQV BANKS, 11/22/67
minor children, the sum of S 35.00 - per Meek plus and additional 9~R X2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support pa}~ments.
These payments are to begin on the
3rd day of Jerry 19_ 78 _ ; and thereafter on Tuesday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Su rt Enforcement Section,
1317 l~'inewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, or transmi o a e of
Tennessee as 1 as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives
notification by the Department of Health $ Rehabilitative Services that case is
no loner a IV-D case, he will then foiward all support to: Clerk of the Juvenile
~ Court, 616 Adams Avenue, riemphis, Tennessee 38105.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
