7. Upon my minor son attaining his majority, my Trustee #
shall convey to him absolutely the corpus of this Trust, whether
it may be real property, or personal property.
8. In the event that my designated trust shall refuse
to act as Trustee then in that event, I shall act as Trustee for
my minor son.
