O R D E R
THIS CAUSE was before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss
filed by Defendants, Auto Owners Insurance Company and Elizabeth
Sriith Walker, and upon the Motion of the Plaintiffs for leave,to '
. amend the complaint, designated as Second Amended Complaint, in
accordance with the Third Auiended Complaint filed in the cause.'
.Upon consideration thereof, having heard argument of counsel and.
being otherwise advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Plaintiffs' Notion for Leave to Amend Complaint

is granted, and the Third Amended Complaint shall stand as the

complaint of the Plaintiffs.
2. The Motion of the Defendants, Auto Owners Insurance
Company and Elizabeth Smith Walker, to dismiss the Second Amended

Complaint is moot in view of the Order granting leave to amend
the complaint as set forth above.
3. ':'he parties shall respond to the Third Amended
Complaint within days from the date hereof.
