This is a corrective Deed to correct the error in the grantee of that certain
Warranty Deed dated May 28, 1975, and recorded May 29, 1975 in O.R. Boole 240 at page
211 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein grantee is reflected
as Joe Stalls Inc.,a Florida Corporation, and that the correct grantee should of been
