Party of the First Part, pursuant to the power of. sale
contained in the Will of the decedent,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other-
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells,. aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, -his heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in _St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The South 37.5 feet of Lot 4, WESTGLEN, according
to the plat thereof filed in Plat Book 14, page 51,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS AS PER AGREED
INVENTORY.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that
ein all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance, the
