Interest only payments are due and payable monthly on the outstanding principal balance,
with the first monthly payment being due and payable on January 20, 1979 and with subse-

EXCEPT all outstanding principal and accrued interest shall be due and payable December

A DEFAULT OF THIS NOTE.
All such sums of money•so paid shall be credited by the payee, first to the interest on this note and the balance to reduction of the
principal hereof.

If any payment of principal or interest hereby required is overdue for more than fifteen (lS) days, the holder of this note
may, of its option, and without notice, dedore the entire balance of principal then remaining unpaid to be immediately due and `
poyobte, and any foii„rt to exercise said option shat! not ca-.stituta o waives of the right fo exercise the same of any other time.
Upon default in making any payment hereby required, each maker and endoner, jointly and severally, promise to pay all costs,
expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred in collecting this note by legal proceedings or through on attorney. s
