East; also described as Lots 3, 4, S and 6 and the )\brth 38 feet of Lots
11 and 12 of the Southwest k of the Boston and Florida Atlantic Coast Land ~
Ccxnpamy's Subdivision of said Section 24, as per Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 3, page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie Canty, Florida.
Excepting therefrom the following: From the Northwest corner of the -
Southwest ~i of Section 24, run East 25 feet to the East right of way of
Kings Highway; thence South 2S feet to the.South right. of way of. Andrew's ~
Avenue for the Point of .Beginning; continue South along the said East
right of way of King's Highway, a distance of 616 feet; thence run East
along the centerline of an existing ditch a distance of 352.51 feet; thence
run North parallel to King's Flighway a distance of 617.33 feet to the South
right of way of Andrew's AveAUe; thence run 1Vest along said right of way a ~
distance of 352.51 feet to the East right of way of King's~Highway and the
Point of Beginning; also excepting all right of ways for drainage canals and ,
public roads.
Also less and except: Beginning at the point of intersection with the East
right of way of king's Highway and the point of intersection with the
Southwest corner of the North 38 feet of the Southwest ~ of the Southwest
of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
_ for the Point of Beginning; thence run North along .the East right of way of
Icing's Highway 200 feet to a point; thence East parallel to the South .
boundary hereafter called, a distance of 230 feet to a point; thence South
parallel to the East right of way of King's Highway a distance of 200 feet
to a point of intersection with the South boundary of the_North 38 feet of
the Southwest ~ of the Southwest ~ of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range ~
39 East, thence Nest along said South boundary line to the Point of Beginning.

Tract II - The North ~ of the Southwest of the Southeast ~ of the Northwest ~ ~
and the Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~ of the Northwest ~ of Section 24,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, excepting therefrom all rights of way for
public roads and drainage canals.
