East; also described as Lots 3, 4, S and 6 and the rbrth 38 feet of Lots
11 and 12 of the Southwest ~ of the Boston and Florida Atlantic Coast Land
Cpnpany's Subdivision of said Section 24, as per Flat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 3, page 32, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Excepting therefrom the following: From the Northwest corner of~the - -
Southwest 3j of Section 24, run East 25 feet to the East right of way 'of
Kings Highway; thence South 2S feet to the South right of way of Andrew's
Avenue for the Point of Beginning; continue South along the said East
right of way of King's Highway, a distance of 61F feet; thence run East
along the centerline of an existing ditch a distance of 352.51 feet; thence
rum North parallel to King's highway a distance of 617.33 feet to the South
right of way of Andrew's Avenue; thence rum 1Vest along said right of way a
distance of 352.51 feet to the East right of way of King's Highway and the
Point of Beginning; also excepting all right of ways for drainage canals and
public roads. ~ -
Also less a,nd except: Beginning at the point of intersection with the East
right of way of King's Highway and the point of intersection with the
Southwest corner of the North 38 feet-of the Southwest ~ of the Southwest ~
of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
for the Point of Beginning; thence rum North along the Fast right~of way of
King's Highway 200 feet to a point; thence East parallel to the South
boundary hereafter called, a distance of 230 feet to a point; thence South
parallel to the East right of way of King's Highway a distance of 200 feet
to a point of intersection with the South boundary of the. North 38 feet of
the Southwest ~ of the Southwest ~S of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range
39 East, thence Nest along said South boundary line to the Point of Beginning.
