Beginning on the Worth line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, where said North line intersects the West line of the Indian River at
low water mark; thence run West 330 feet; thence run in a Northerly direction parallel
with the West line of the Indian River a distance of 1000 feet to a point which is 330
feet West of the water's edge of the Indian River thence run East. 330 feet to the water's
edge of the Indian River; thence run Southerly along the water's edge of the Indian ~
River to the point of beginning; and also,
Beginning on the South right-of-way of Torpey Road at a point 330 feet blest of the West
line of the Indian River, thence run in a Southerly direction to a point on the North
boundary line of the property owned by Donald M Horton, et a~, formerly known as Lucy ~
J Needles land, 330 feet West of the West line of the Indian River; thence in an Easterly
direction along the North boundary line of said Oonald M Horton property a.distance
of 60 feet; thence in a Northerly direction to a point on the South boundary line of
Torpey Road 270 feet West of the Indian River; thence West along the said South right-of- ~
way line of Torpey Road a distance of 60 feet to point of beginning, all of said pro-
perty lying and being in Government Lot 2, Section 21, Township 34 South, Range 40
East.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or
