LOST OR DESTROYED WILL AND CODICIL
The Petition of ROBERT D. MUNNELL, JR., for an Order
establishing and probating the last Will and Codicil to the last
~ Will of NAZEL MAE MUNNELL, the~originals of which were either lost
or destroyed, has been considered by this Court, and the Court
finds that:
_ 1. HAZEL MAE MUNNELL died on May 15, 1978, and at the time
of death was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
. 2. The decedent executed her last Will on March 2, 1977,
and her Codicil to last Wi7.2 on March 16, 1977, and this Will and
Codicil remained in full force and effect without being intentionally
destroyed or otherwise revoked by her. .
3. The terms and provisions of the origina2 Will are
established to be as foZlows: ~

: I, HAZEL MAE MUNNELL, of St. Lucie County, Florida, being

publish and declare this my Last Wf11 and Testament, hereby expressly
revoking all other Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I desire and direct that my body be buried in a
