demise.
THIRD: I direct that my mobile home located at Spanish
Lakes, Port St. Lucie, Florida, be sold and the proceeds aiviae~
equally between my son, ROBERT D. MUNNELL, JR, and my daughter,
MARJORIE JEAN MOORE, per stirpes.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath my household furnishings
to my son, ROBERT D. MIUNNELL, JR. and my daughter, MARJORIE JEAN
MOORE, to be divided equally, per stirpes; with the exception of the
goose neck rocker, which I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter-in-
law, CLARA MAL MUNNELL, and i further give, devise and bequeath my
American (heavy) cut glass to my granddaughter, LZNDA RAE WARDMAN.
FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath my sutomobile to my
daughter, MARJORIE JEAN MOORE.

stock owned by me, wheresoever located ar found,~which I may have at .

EIGHTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
ROBERT D. MUNNELL, JR. to be my Personal Representative of this my
Last Will and Testament and I expressl.y confer upon_him -full power
' and authority as such Personal Representative to administer my estate,
and direct that he shall not be required to give any bond for the
performance of his duties as such Personal Representative. I
expressly confer upon him full authority and power to sell and convey
any part or all of my estate at public or private sale, with or with-
. out notice, as he maq deem best, and without any Order of the Court.
I authorize him to make good and sufficient conveyance to any
