NEVINS, Deceased. ~ ~ / . PETITION FOR DISCHARGE - The un3ersigned, as Personal Representative of the above Estate, alleges: 1. The decedent, JOHN M. NEVINS, a resident of St~ Lucie _ County, FZorida, died on March 10; 1977, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on September 8, 1977. 2. That Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting. She is the only interested person in the Estate as sole surviving heir and spouse of the decedent. ~ ~ 3. Petitioner has fully administered this`Estate by making payanent., settlement or other disposition of alI claims and debts that were presented, and bq paying or --making provision for the payment of all taaes and expenses of administration. 4. The amount of compensation to be paid to the attorney for the Estate, N. RICHARD SCHOPP, ESQUIRE, is $~.00 AlI other attorneys and costs have been previously paid.and are ' set forth in the Expenses of Administration o£ the Final Accounting, 5. Petitioner has filed all the required Estate Tax Returns ~ ~ ~ for the State of Florida, the Internal Revenue Service, and the. State of Arizona. Petitioner has obtained and filed with this ~ Court evidence~of the satisfaction of this Estate's obligation for both Federal and Florida Estate taxes~ if anq. ~ s 6.
