and it appearing to the Court that the appointment of a curator is necessary

curator; and the court being fully advised; it i.s
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that notice of this hearing is dispensed with;
that ROSETTA MILLER is appointed Curator of the Estate of ALBERTA ALEXANDER,
and that upon designating a resident agent, taking an oath and posting ~a bond
