TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCEitN: ~
Whereas, ALBERTA ALEXANDER, deceased, died intestate, having while
she lived and a~ the time of her death an estate in the county aforesaid; and,~
Whereas, it has been made to appear to the undersigned that it is _
necessary that a curator be appointed to take charge of the assets of said ~
estate until letters are granted to the personal representative; -
Nav, therefore, I, CHARLES E. SMITH, Circuit Judge in and for St.
' Lucie County, Florida, desiring that the assets of said estate may be preserved

f and properly administered until a personal representative is appointed and

~ until letters are issued to him, do hereby grant_unto ROSETTA MILI~R the

curatorship of said estate with full power to collect the assets of said estate
and preserve them and-to perform such other duties as may be required of her.
by law or by the orders of this Court, and to demand, sue for, recover, and
receive the same for the purpose of disposing of the same according to law

; and in accordance with the orders of this Court until such time as letters have

been issued to the personal representative of said estate; and the said ROSETTA
MII,LER having taken oath and performed all other requisites of the law necessary
to her qualification as curator, is by order of this Court and by virtue of
these letters constituted and appoi.nted eurator of all the assets of the estate
of ALBERTA ALF.XANDER, deceased.
