1965, and that the said mortgage, was transferred and conveyed without the ~

2. That SYLVESTER W. ENDERS and fYELYN ENDERS, His wife, are I

entitled to have a Satisfaction of the said mortgage, having evidenced
the pa~yment thereof and that the same r~mains of record on the date of
this petition._as a cloud upon the ti.tle of the said-mortgagors.
3. That it is necessary to the title of the property and removal
of the cloud thereon, that the estate be duly opened and that some authorized
representative of the estate e~cute and deliver to the mortgagees, a
