WHEREFORE, your petitioner pra~ys that an Order be entered re-opening
the estate closed June 21, 1974, consistent with the foregoing, that your
petitioner be authorized and dir~cted to execute and deliver said Satisfaction
of Mortgage upon the foregoing and that upon execution and delivery thereof,
~ that the above estate be sunnarily closed.
