This cause coming on before the Court on a Petition to Re~Open
administration in the abovestyled estate for the purpose of authorizing
petitioner as the personal representative to execute and deliver a
Satisfaction of Mortgage on behalf of the estate and it appearing to the
Court that SUSAN 6. PORE, the administratrix, has petitioned for authority
to execute a Satisfaction of the said mortgage, representing to the Court
that the mortgage has been paid and that the subsequent titleholders have
requested a Satisfaction and have paid all the monies called for therein
and the Court being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby

ORDERED: d
1. That the estate of JAMES H. PORE be and is hereby re-opened `

F for the_purposes hereinafter appearing: ;

2. That SUSAN G. PORE was the personal representative named f
administratrix of the estate of JAMES H. PORE, deceased, and is the proper

person to execute a Satisfaction of Mortgage therein and that the said
personal representative named as a~ninistratrix, be and she is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver a Satisfaction of Mbrtgage
as petitioned herein, satisfying that certain mortgage executed by SYLYESTER
- N. ENDERS and EVELYN ENDERS, his wife.
3. That upon complying with the hereinabove directives and Order,
. that further admin~istration herein be dispensed with and the estate is .
