PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASffi~fENT
For and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which ie hereby
acknowledged, AMERICAN TELEPHONB AND TELEGRAPH COI~ANY, a New York
corporation, hereby releases and relinquishes unto ROY A. SCHACHT, and
PEGGY SCNACHT, hia ~ife and their successors and assigna in title with
respect to the real property hereinafter described, the easement righta,
privilegea and suthority granted to it under an inatrument executed by ~
Fotis Conatantine, dated May 13, 1947; as recorded in Deed Book 137,
Page 132 of the recorda of 5t. Lucie County, Florida. The said property
hereby released from said easement is deacribed as follows:
Lots 8-11, Sec. 26, T36S, R40E, -
Parcel D in Block 2, "St. Lucie Gardens"
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
Page 35, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, excepting American
Telephone and Telegra#~h Gompany's
right of way e~sement, being more fully
delineated on the attached survey plat
prepared by Price Engineering Company
and by reference made a part hereof.
This instrument rnall not operate as a release of any of the rights .
granted by said easement vith respect to any lands other than those
specifically mentioned above.
