LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
PARCEL ONE:
The SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 40
East.
PARCEL TWO:
Begin at the NW corner of tYie S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run South 222.51 feet
along the West line of ~aid S 1/2 pf the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, then
run West on a line parallel to the North line of said S 1/2 of the i
SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 a distance of 300 feet, thence run North parallel
to the West line of said S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 to the
' southerly right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad, run
thence northeasterly along said FEC right-of-way to a point where
the same intersects a northerly extension of the West line of said
S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, run thence South along the West
line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH rights-of-way for ingress~and egress over and across
the South 50 feet of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 29 and
that part of the East 50 feet of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 29 lying South of Parcel Two described above, all according ~
to the terms and conditions set forth in a certain easement from Carl '
P. Wild,., et ux, to Indian River Foods, Inc., dated February 9, 1966,
and recorded in O.R. Book 138, page 160, and as set forth in that
certain Warranty Deed from Carl P. Wild, et ux, to Indian River
Foods, Inc., dated August l, 1969, and recorded in O.R. Book 179,
page 307. All of the foregoing being in St. Lucie County, Florida.

LESS AND~EXCEPTING that part of the above described property con- '
veyed by North St. Lucie River Drainage District to the Trustees
of the Florida East Coast Railway Company by deed dated November 5,
1945, and recorded in Deed Book_120, page 301, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. Said property constituting a strip of
land 200 feet in width, being 100 feet on either side of the center- ~
line of the existing Florida East Coa~st Railroad.
