I~ DILL L. ASHER~ a resident of and domiciled in
the City of Fort Pierce. St. Lucie County, Florida, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory~ do hereby make, publish, ~
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby _
revoking any and all Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore
made by me.
FIRST: It is my will and desire that all my just ~
debts and funeral expenses be paid promptly out of the

principal of my estate. I direct that Yates Funeral Home,
Fort~Pierce, Florida~ be in charge of my funeral.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath my home located at
714 Gardenia Avenue~ Fort Pierce, Florida, together with all
furniture and furnishings located therein, and my automobile,
to my ex-wife JUSTINE BLOUIN AS1iER, to be enjoyed by her
during her life~ and after her death (or remarriage~ wnichever

! should occur first) in equal shares to my beneficaries set forth

~ in the residuary clause of this my Last Will and Testament.

~ I direct that my ex-wife JUSTINE BLOUIN ASHER shall
~ during her life or until her remarriage, at her own expense,

~ keep the said house and furnishings in good repair and condi-

~ tion~ pay all taxes and assessments due thereon. and further

' keep the property and contents insured against fire and other
~ erils to the full value thereof to the satisfaction of my

~ personal representative. -
