I BFRNICE E. ?ACHOW, a citizen and resident of Fort Pierce, F'lorida,
do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
and hereby revoke all others by me heretof~re made. ~
1. I~i~~e anc' bequeath the sum of Five 2'housand Lollars ($5,000.80)
to my sor., GERALG R. 2ACHOW, if he survives me. ~
2. After payment of my debts, funeral expenses, the cost of
administerin~ my estate and est:~te taxes, I~ive, devise and bequeath
all the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal wherever
situated, to my children, WILLIAM EDWARD ZACHOW and GER~LD R. ZACHOW,
in equal parts, share and share alike. If either of my said children
dies befcre.this will takes effect, leavin~ no child or children, then
my entire residuary estate shall vest in the survivor of them; and, if
one of them dies, leavine child or children, ~uch child or children
shall taue per capita in liev cf svch deceased parent.
3. I hereby constitute and appoint the said WIT LI~H" EDWA.RD ZACHOW
and ~ERAID R. ZACHQW as Executors of this mv Last Will and Testament,
and I~expressly confer upon then, power a_s such Executors tc adr~inister
m,y estate, excusin~ each ef them from ~ivin~ any bond or making any .
returns to any court. I hereby expressly avthorize and empower them,
in their sole discretion, ~n~ without securing any order of Court
therefcr, to sell, 1?3SF', tr?r.sfer or exchan~e any part or all of' my
estate, in such manner, at such time or times, for such purposes, for
such prices and upon svch terms, credits and conditions, as tr,ey rrzay ~
deenz advisatile, ar.d to make, execute, ~cknowled~e anc deliver an,y and
all instruments in writina which the~~ may deem advisable or may be.
