hereby aqres to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbeced 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbeced 18~ 19, 20~ 22, and 23 of the master fotm of mortgage
recorded in the oftice of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property ia located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and~ at the page aa follows:

Such provisions a~ are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19, 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Boirower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and t}ie Note defined herein. Bo~rower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgaqe.
ADDITIONAL NON-UIIIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agrge
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrawer~ Lender~ at Lender's option w~thin twenty yeara ~
from the date of this Mortgaqe, may make Future Advances to Bon~ower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes ars ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
qage~ not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US ~ NONE _
