SUPPLEMENT TO MORTfAGE AND MORTGAGE MODIFICATION
WNEREAS, there is an existing mortgage between CHAMBERS CORPORATION,
a Florida Corporation, and CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION,
Lender, being their Loan No. 22020026, which mortgage was recorded in
0. R. Book 285, at page 2129-30 of the St. Lucie County Public Records;~
WHEREAS, said mortgage and note were in the amount of S110,000.00,
and were secured by the above-described mortgage which is a first lie~
on the property hereinafter described;
WHEREAS, CHIWBERS CORPORATION has encumbered the following described.
property to CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, to-wit: ~
Lot i2, Block l, HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES, according-to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 14 and 14A and 148
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREAS, it is the requirement af the Laws of the State of Florida
to pay Class C Intangible Tax and Oocumentary Stamps on ne~v monies advanced
to CHAMBERS CORPORATION;

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the lender to lend to the borrower, ~
CHAMBERS CORPORATION, the total sum bf $124,000.00, and it is therefore
necessary that the Class C Intangible Tax and Documentary Stamps be paid ~J !~{~A 5
on the difference between that sum and the $110,000.00 executed in the s=~~"'~~

has executed a promissory note to CITIZENS FEUERAL in the amount of i ~

WNEREAS, this Supplement to Mortgage and Mortgage Modification N ~

; THEREFORE, in consideration of the increase on the mortgage rate to
9•75~ and the payment of- points of 1.5$, CITIZENS FEDERAL hereby increases
~ ~ its original loan from $110,000.00 to $124,000.00 (paying the additional
; Documentary Stamps and Intangible Tax on the S14,OQ0.00 increase) an~ the
; ~ borrower agrees to pay this mortgage and note in full for the term of
thirty (30) years and monthly payments of $1,065.3~: said payments commencing _ .
