ORDER OF PROBATE
The Petition of Dorothy B. Sundy, praying for the probate of the
Last Will and Testament of Ben F. Sundy, deceased, and for the issuance
of Letters- Testamentary to her as the executrix named in said Will, coming
on this day to be heard; and it appearing to the Court Erom Ehe evidence ,
submitted that Ben F. Sundy departed this life on or about the 26th day
of December, 1964, leaving his Last Wi11 and Testament the instrument
now presented to this Court Eor probate, attested by Robert G. Kime,
Jefferson N. Powell, and Ames Bennett, as attesting witnesses; and proof
of the same having been made as required by law, and the Court being
fully advised, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Last Will and Testament be, and
! he same is hereby admitted to record as having been satisfactorily proved.

E Let Letters Testamentary issue to the said Dorothy B. Sundy, the executrix
,
i named in said Will, upon her taking and subscribing the usual oath of office.

~ The Testator having excused~ the executrix from giving bond, none is required.
