ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE
This cause came on to be heard by me this day upon Petition
for Distribution and Discharge of DOROTHY 8. SUNDY as Executrix
and sole legatee and beneficiary of BEN F. SUNDY, Deceased, her
spouae; and it appearing to the Court that DOROTHY B. SUNDY hae
satisfactorily administered all the goods, chattels, riqhts and .
credits of the Decedent, and has distributed the assets of the
Estate to herselff that it has been made to appear affirmatively
that the sole beneficiary of this Estate ie sui juris and has ~
petitioned this Court for discharge, and that she has performed
all other acts necessary to her final discharge, and there being
no objections to the entry of this Order, and the Court beinq
advised in the premises, it is thereupon~
ORDERID AN~ ADJUDGED that DOROTHY B. SUNDY is forever
; discharged as the Executrix of the Estate of BEN F. SUNDY.
