for the said Donald Ray Edge, and argument by counsel for ~

the plaintiff, and the Court being fully advised in the ~

' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

~ l. The settlement of the plaintiff's claim against the ;
defendants FLORIDA TERMINALS TRUCKING COMPANY OF ORLANDO,
JACK L. BURCHETT, GARY E. PHIPPS and CONTINENTAL INSURANCE
~ COMPANY, for the sum of $15,000 to be paid by said defendants
~ '
~ to the plaintiff, is hereby approved and the plaintiff is
authorized to execute and deliver to said defendants a
~ general release and is further authorized to stipulate for
~ the c~ismissal of this cause with prejudice. .
