- allowed to counsel for the plaintiff together with their
costs of $1,26•1.60 from which there shall be deducted the
sum o~f $1,500.00 previously advanced to counsel for the
plaintiff and said advance having been made by the guardian ~ ~
of Donald Ray Edge, the Court finds that Donald Ray Edge,
now an adult, is entitled to be reimbursed therefor. The
Court furtheX f inds that a fair and equitable disbursement
of the net remaining proceeds of the settlement between the
Estate of James Rayford•Edge and the said Donald Ray Edge, ~

who was a minor at the time of his father's death, would be
70 per cent~to Donald Ray Edge and 30 per cent thereof to
the Estate.

3. In accordance with the foregoing, counsel for the ~

plaintiff is directed to disburse the proceeds of the settle- j
