FINAL JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT
This c~~use coming on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Plaintiff and it appearing to the Court that a Default was regularly
and duly entered on the 9th day of November, 1978;:and the Plaintiff
having filed an Affidavit and Exhibit herein as proof of the sum due
and unpaid; and the Court being fully advised of the premises; it is
therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, JAMES G. ERISMAN,
as Personal Representative of the Estate of GLEN H. ERISMAN, deceased,
do have, receive, and recover from the Defendant, CHARLIE GOLDEN, the
~ sum of $2,725.00, plus interesC in the amount of $281.31.as of
I November 20, 1978, and interest thereafter at the rate of six percent
(6%) per annum, Court costs in~the amount of $35.90, making a total
of $3,042.21 as of November 20, 1978~ for which said amount let
~ execution issue. ~
