South, Range 40 East; thence South 288 feet; thence
East 561.34 feet; thence North 388 feet; thence West
561.34.feet to place of beginning.
EXCEPTING from the above tracts all rights-of-way for public roads.

were married prior to November 30, 1955 and said marriage
~ continued without interruption until July 27, 1977, .
the date of her death.
