20. Assi~ameat ot Reatx Appointmeot of Receive~. As additional security hercunder. Borrower hercby assians to ~

Property, including thoae past due. All rcnts collected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the cosu of !

Mortgage when evidenced by ptomissory notes stating that said nota are socurcd hereby. At no time shall the pri~cipal
amou~t of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advan~ed in aocordance herewith to protect the

22. Reka~e. Upcm payment of all sums socured by ~his Mongage. Lender shall rekase t6is Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all carts of recordation. if any.
23. Attoney's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fces° shall include attorney's fees, if any,
which may tfe awudod by an appellate couct.
